But despite achievements, they often find themselves in a state of physical and mental exhaustion, grappling with the desire to reclaim control over health and vitality. While often reaping the rewards of a successful career, most new clients come to me with complaints of being a bit overweight, weak, and dealing with nagging injuries and medical conditions. The sporadic engagement in exercises like yoga and walking, coupled with minimal strength training, has left them deconditioned.
